Dr. David T. Cope, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. David T. Cope is the Owner and President of Advanced Hearing Center. Prior to moving to Blount County in 2003, Dr. Cope practiced for five years in the Tri-Cities area. While serving active duty with the US Air Force at McConnell Air Force Base, Dr. Cope earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education degree (Cum Laude) in 1996 from Wichita State University and his Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Sciences in 1997 also from Wichita State University. He completed his Doctor of Audiology degree in 2001 from the University of Florida (although he remains a diehard UT Vols fan). Dr. Cope has been married to his wife Jamie since 1995 and they have two adult children. Jamie also comes into the office to assist staff and work with patients on the care and use of their hearing aids. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and fireworks.
Dr. Cope has been providing advanced audiology care to the people of Maryville and Sweetwater for over 21 years with the finest hearing aid solutions on the market today, along with customer service that can't be beat. He prides his practice on the care that is provided to his patients during and after their journey to better hearing. His caring staff strives to successfully educate patients and their loved ones about their specific hearing loss, helping them determine the right plan of action.
